Throughout each campaign you have direct access to Lead and Activity reports along with Survey results through our Click To CONTACT™ Campaign Manager. These reports are updated automatically and are available for immediate download.

Survey Results is a summary of statistics including:

  • Visits - respondents who came to your landing page
  • Response - respondents who submitted the survey

Survey Results give you the number of visits, along with the corresponding percentage.

Leads are recorded for each campaign. Lead Reports are batched in 1 day intervals (e.g., all leads collected today will be available tomorrow). However, you can view a real-time report of all your leads by clicking "Download All Respondents".
